Working Company

The Renderhive project will require a working company, which will be the legal entity to represent the project. It will be the official publisher of the source code and compiled apps, will manage all funds and donations, pay the required taxes, will own the necessary central infrastructure (e.g., website, domains, Github repository), will be the contract partner for any form of external interaction (e.g., with auditors, etc.), and may act as employer in case this will be required if the project grows.
